Pennyville completed. Secured Jabulani CBD and Jabulani Hostels Phase 1.

Brandwag social housing (Bloemfontein) — first project outside Gauteng.
2012
Listed on the JSE Main Board. Secured Belhar in the Western Cape.
2013
Completed Jabulani Hostels. Awarded Otjomuise (Namibia) — first international project. Signed Vista Park 3 development agreement.
2014–2017
Multiple Govan Mbeki Awards for Fleurhof, Jabulani CBD and Witpoortjie. Named Company of the Year by Financial Mail (2016). A decade as a JSE-listed company in 2017.

Hand-over of Phase 1 — 136 units at Orlando Towers. Infrastructure commenced on Central Park. Completed infrastructure on Vista Park 3 Ext 257, 258, 261, 262 & 263. Handed over 38 houses for Military Veterans.

Played an integral role in securing the Bankenveld District City project — a flagship integrated development of 30 000 mixed-income housing typologies.
